Join Dr. Clarel Antoine, MD, FACOG, board certified obstetrician and gynecologist and former Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine, as he presents decades of peer reviewed research on cesarean uterine closure and long term maternal outcomes, including the Endometrium Free Closure Technique. His most recent research on EFCT was published in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AJOG).
This educational webinar will review the data, explain the surgical approach, and include a video demonstration of the technique. Dr. Antoine will also discuss how attention to tissue approximation at the time of cesarean can influence future reproductive health and complication risk.
